Responsibilities and Qualifications

Performs a variety of clerical duties. Operates diet office computer to accurately process patient menus according to policy and procedure. Determines necessary changes to menu to manually match diet requirements to patient preferences / needs in addition to those changes made by the computer, when appropriate. Performs assessments on patients as required per diet order, risk factor consults, or revisits. Checks patient tray line to insure accuracy of tray ticket.

Qualifications:

Education: High School diploma or equivalent, Dietary Manager Certification.Licensure: Certified Dietary ManagerExperience: C D M experience in a hospital setting preferred. Computer operation experience preferred.Certifications: None
