Summary: The Customer Service Representative supports the Hunting Divisions by performing the following:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Provides excellent customer service to Consumers and Dealer/Distributors of POB companies products, including
Take calls
Enter orders
Charge credit cards when necessary
Provide proof of delivery
Quote shipping costs
Handle free goods and replacements
Make credit requests
Expedite orders when necessary
Verify correct pricing and terms

Handle sample orders for Salesmen, Trade shows and Pro Staff
Performs special projects and other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or GED and one to two years of related experience or training. Some college is preferred.
Language Skills
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively to customers or employees of organization.
Reasoning Ability
Ability common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of internet software; spreadsheet software and word processing software.
